Go outside for no reason other than to go outside. This can
be done in 1 minute. Appreciate the beauty of something Mother Nature
has created- really appreciate it - The miniscule but mighty ant, the
dull brown bird that sings rays of sunshine, the dandelion who only
intends to spread beauty and not annoyance.
